Estimated Photo Completion:

10-14 business days (Mon-Fri)

Immediate Edits: 

24 Hours (+$45)

48 Hours (+$30)​

During Shoots:

No outside guests unless requested. 

Guests without approval will be asked to wait outside

or you will be charged a $15 fee (Per Individual).

If allowed an extra guest, they must refrain from taking phone calls during session

or they will be asked to leave. 

​

Hair and makeup must be done upon arrival.

No kids or animals unless they are in the shoot.

Damaging the backdrop with any substance will be charged

There will be a $50 fee if the backdrop is damaged. 

Please do NOT come intoxicated or bring liquor/cannabis. 

If you do, you will be forced to reschedule your appointment.

Please allow up to 48 hours to receive a response to your email inquiry. 

We function via email only and will not be communicating by DM.

Travel Appointments:

We will be taking travel appointments.

Clients must have the space or location for their shoot already picked

We will allow assistance if there needs to a location reserved

There is no cancelation for traveling appointments

​

Late Fee:

$20 for every 30 minutes late.

30-minute grace period for late clients.

Appointments are subject to cancellation or rescheduling. 

To reschedule the day of your appointment, 

you must re-book through the website

and your previous deposit will be voided.

No Show:

An invoice will be requested or

you will not be allowed to book with DuFrames in the future. 

​

$30 cancellation fee. 

You may reschedule up to 72 hours before the appointment without charge. 

Anything within that 72-hour window will result in a $30 fee being assessed.

If the appointment is rescheduled twice, 

DuFrames reserves the right to cancel your appointment entirely

and your deposit will NOT be refunded.

Any transferred deposits/rescheduled appointments must be scheduled within 15 days or they will be voided.

Note:

- Shooting may not take up the full time that is scheduled for your confirmation. 

- DuFrames is not responsible for creative directing your shoot. 

- Outfit changes should not take more than 5-10 minutes

or fees will be applied for session extension.

- Fees are strictly enforced.
